Production Worker
Coryer Staffing is hiring on behalf of our premier clients located in Ballston Spa, NY. We are seeking reliable, motivated individuals to fill immediate openings. In addition to general production roles, we are also actively recruiting Skilled Residential Electricians to handle residential installations, wiring, and service upgrades for our client network.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay Rate: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (dependent on position, experience, and licensing)

Key Responsibilities

Production & Assembly: Perform general production, assembly, and picking/packing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Use hand tools and power tools to assemble components according to work orders.

Residential Electrical: Layout and install electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures, and apparatus in residential structures. Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment.

Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret architectural drawings, circuit diagrams, and electrical code specifications.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure all electrical work meets the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and local residential building codes.
Qualifications & Requirements

For Production: Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly is a plus, but a strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.

For Residential Electricians: Proven experience as a residential wireman or electrician, strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, and familiarity with the NEC. Relevant trade schooling or licensing is a major plus.

High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety.

Physical capability to stand for long periods, navigate residential job sites (crawl spaces, attics), and lift required materials safely.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (particularly important for field-based electrical roles).
