Schedule:
- 10-hour shift, 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- Sunday to Thursday, Night shift
Work Location: Rutland, Vermont

Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain traffic control devices, such as cones, barricades, and signs
- Communicate with drivers to ensure safety and direct traffic flow
- Follow all safety protocols and be aware of changing construction zones and traffic patterns
- Stand for long periods of time and work in all weather conditions
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- No prior experience required—we provide full training!
