Position Overview:
Coryer Staffing is seeking a QA Coordinator/Supervisor on behalf of our client. This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing quality compliance programs, with a keen focus on ISO certification. The ideal candidate will ensure the integrity of quality systems, lead internal audits, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Quality Department. Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to maintain accurate compliance files and records, ensuring adherence to ISO regulations.
- Coordinate and conduct comprehensive internal audits, reporting findings and recommendations.
- Guide the review and updating of SOPs across departments, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Deliver continuous training and support to QA Department associates, enhancing team capabilities.
- Analyze quality trends and report key indicators to management, driving strategic improvements.
- Manage responses to customer complaints, ensuring thorough documentation and resolution.
- Support the update of Quality training records in collaboration with HR.
- Oversee quality system administration, including CAPAs and Non-Conformances, ensuring robust process control.
- Schedule and review QA inspections, utilizing data to identify and mitigate recurring issues.
- Create a supportive and communicative team environment, emphasizing respect and open dialogue.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Chemistry, Biology, or related field, or significant relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a QA role within a manufacturing setting, with a deep understanding of ISO certification.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to communicate effectively across various teams.
- A collaborative approach to problem-solving and the ability to drive process improvements.
Pay is commensurate with experience- $20+
