Mechanical Assembler

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Mechanical Assemblers to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, validating, and repairing a range of electro-mechanical components, ensuring high-quality standards and operational functionality. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, ability to lift up to 50 lbs,  and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, we want to meet with you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble Parts: Assemble small and medium mechanical components with precision and care.
  • Validate Parts: Ensure that all parts, electro-mechanical components, and electrical harnesses meet required specifications.
  • Verify and Inspect: Conduct detailed inspections to verify the integrity and functionality of parts, circuits, and assemblies.
  • Repair Parts: Troubleshoot and repair parts or assemblies as needed, adhering to quality control standards.
  • Install Cables and Circuits: Install and configure cables, connectors, and electronic circuits to ensure proper functionality and safety.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Manual Dexterity: Excellent fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for assembling and handling small components.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to work with high levels of concentration and precision.
  • Autonomy & Teamwork: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while also being a cooperative and effective team member.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electro-mechanical systems and components.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in mechanical assembly or similar fields is highly preferred, though not required.

Pay starts at $17/hr.  First shift positions available.
