Coryer Staffing is hiring a Quality Technician for a manufacturing client in Plattsburgh, NY. If you have quality control experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with measurement tools, this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment. You'll play a key role in inspecting products, identifying quality issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods.
- Document inspection results and maintain records of non-conformances.
- Follow quality control procedures and assist in process improvements.
- Calibrate and troubleshoot measurement/testing equipment.
- Investigate defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Work with production teams to improve product quality.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or quality control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quality control tools.
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
