Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and gather customer information
- Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently
- Process customer billing using QuickBooks
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records
- Scan and organize documents for streamlined record-keeping
- Submit invoices to accounts payable for timely processing
- Order supplies and monitor office expenditures
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or office administration
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience with a friendly, professional demeanor
