What You’ll Do

Shape and pan dough, cover and rack loaves for proofing

Un-pan baked bread and arrange on cooling racks

Keep workstations and equipment clean and organized

Watch for quality details (bench cleanliness, pan prep, divider greasing)

Adapt quickly between tasks based on production flow
What You Need

Ability to lift 20–50 lbs regularly and stand for long periods

Comfortable working in a hot, humid environment

Team-oriented mindset with a positive, supportive attitude

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn on the job
