Business Counselor – Nonprofit Growth & Strategy
Full-Time | Hybrid | Northern New York / Adirondack Region
Salary: $65K + (flexible based on experience)
Coryer Staffing is recruiting on behalf of our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization, for a Business Counselor to support nonprofit organizations with growth, sustainability, and operational strategy.
This role focuses on strengthening business planning, funding models, and organizational capacity. The ideal candidate brings nonprofit experience, understands boards and governance, and can translate strategy into practical action.
Key Qualifications

Experience in nonprofit management, consulting, or operational/financial leadership

Strong understanding of nonprofit operations and funding structures

Board exposure or governance experience preferred

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
