Lead Electrical Engineer
Job Type: Full-Time

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Lead Electrical Engineer to design and lead development of advanced embedded hardware systems. This role combines system architecture with schematic and PCB design, while guiding cross-functional engineering efforts.

Note: This is a senior-level role requiring 10+ years of hands-on hardware design experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Architect embedded systems (image sensors, processors, DDR, Ethernet, MIPI, SPI, I2C, FPGA)
  • Design schematics and PCB layouts in Altium Designer
  • Define system architecture, stack-ups, and signal/power integrity strategies
  • Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC, DFM/DFT, and thermal requirements
  • Lead design reviews and guide internal and external engineering teams
  • Collaborate with firmware/software teams on bring-up and debugging
  • Perform hands-on validation using lab equipment
  • Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in hardware design, PCB layout, and system architecture
  • Expert in Altium Designer; working knowledge of Embedded C
  • Strong experience with high-speed digital design (DDR, Ethernet, FPGA, MIPI, SPI)
  • Expertise in signal integrity, power distribution, and EMI/EMC standards
  • Hands-on lab validation and debugging experience

Preferred

  • Imaging/camera systems experience
  • RF or wireless exposure
  • Product lifecycle and sustaining engineering experience
  • Mechanical integration knowledge (thermal, enclosures)
