Position Summary: The Associate Project Manager will play a pivotal role in the construction, maintenance, and upgrade of electric distribution systems, substations, and transmission lines. This position demands a proactive individual capable of interfacing effectively with field staff, managing customer relationships, and solving problems ranging from logistical to strategic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication and problem-solving with field staff to ensure project success.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, selling our services and efficiently allocating resources.
- Utilize Excel for data mining and analysis to inform decision-making processes.
- Address challenges creatively, from logistical issues like supply delivery to strategic tasks such as resource management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
