Job Title: Part-Time Building Cleaner
Job Location: Plattsburgh
Job Type: Part-Time- Day shift
Salary: $15.50+/hr
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 9 am to 2 pm
Job Summary:
Coryer Staffing is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented part-time building cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene at one of our client's facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks in different areas of the building, ensuring that the premises are well-maintained and welcoming for staff and visitors. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys creating clean, tidy spaces.
Key Responsibilities:

Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum floors in common areas, multi-use areas, restrooms, offices, and other building spaces.

Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed.

Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to ensure they are free of smudges and fingerprints.

Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, counters, and floors.

Replenish restroom supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.

Wipe down and sanitize high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and elevator buttons.

Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment.

Report any maintenance or safety concerns, including damaged equipment or hazardous conditions, to the supervisor.

Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Assist with any additional cleaning tasks as requested by the supervisor.
Qualifications:

Prior cleaning experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Ability to use basic cleaning equipment and supplies.

Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks such as lifting and bending.

Reliable, punctual, and responsible.

Good communication skills as you will be working along our customers.
Working Conditions:

Part time schedule to start. 9 am to 2 pm 4-5 days/week

Occasional lifting and moving of cleaning equipment or supplies.

Work may require standing, bending, or walking for extended periods.

Availability to work additional hours as needed is a bonus!
