Customer Experience Specialist

Job Type: Full-time, In-office
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

At Coryer Staffing, we are seeking a positive and self-motivated individual to join our client's team as a Customer Experience Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is committed to excellence.

Role Overview: As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy.
  • Manage incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and directing calls as needed.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by demonstrating patience, empathy, and clear communication while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Process orders, quotes, returns, and forms accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Proactively resolve customer challenges to prioritize and promote customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarize yourself with the company's range of products to assist customers effectively.
  • Work independently to manage daily tasks and collaborate effectively with the team.

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Prior experience in customer service (minimum of 2 years preferred).
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in computer and typing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Empathetic and personable, with the ability to connect with customers.
  • Confident and capable of handling challenges calmly and efficiently.
  • Punctual and reliable, with a commitment to starting the day promptly at 7:30 A.M.
  • Ability to accept and act on feedback constructively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multitasking abilities.
  • Demonstrates goal-setting abilities and a proactive attitude toward personal and professional improvement.
  • Ability to follow procedures, guidelines, and policies with precision.
