Embosser Operator
Location: Plattsburgh, NY (initial training in Canada)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day shift
Type: Full-time
Pay: $18/hour
About the Role
Our client needs an Embosser Operator to train at their Canadian facility and then run embossing equipment in Plattsburgh. This hands-on role focuses on quality, efficiency, and safety.
Responsibilities

Review work orders and calculate material needs

Set up embossing machine (knives, spacers, guides, cores)

Heat, calibrate, and run sample embossing

Feed material; adjust pressure, speed, and temperature

Inspect products and pack finished items

Log daily output and perform routine maintenance

Maintain a clean, safe workspace
Qualifications
-
1+ year in manufacturing or machine operation

Basic math, detail-oriented, able to follow instructions

Strong communication and time-management

Passport for Canadian training
