We at Coryer Staffing are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Services Manager to lead technical support and project management for our innovative pipe product solutions. In this role, you will provide essential guidance to internal teams, work closely with clients across municipal, industrial, and commercial sectors, and ensure our products meet the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Provide expertise to support internal teams, including customer support and sales, with technical insights and solutions.
- Customer Interaction: Engage confidently with clients, presenting our products as effective alternatives to conventional materials and providing drawings, specifications, and data sheets.
- Project Review & Design: Analyze project plans and prepare detailed submittals, drawings, and estimates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate efforts with the sales, product engineering, and manufacturing teams for seamless project execution.
- Product Innovation: Drive the development of product documentation, specifications, and user stories, ensuring compliance with industry standards like ASTM, ASCE, and AASHTO.
- Field Support: Communicate and work closely with field sales and manufacturing to maintain quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience interfacing with clients and working with construction drawings and project specifications.
- Skills: Strong project management, problem-solving, and organizational abilities; effective communication with cross-functional teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with certification standards and regulations for pipe products is a plus.
- Relocation: Relocation to the Capital Region is required.
- Travel: Up to 25%, including occasional international travel.
