A well-established residential electrical service company in Upstate NY is expanding its territory and hiring experienced electricians. You’ll work independently, share in company profits, and join a team known for low turnover and high earnings.

What you’ll do: Handle residential service calls, perform home safety checks, troubleshoot electrical systems, install and service generators, and help develop apprentices. Company van and steady leads provided.

What you’ll earn:

• $25–$30/hr during onboarding; $60,000–$100,000+ once established

• Profit sharing on top of base pay

• 22 paid days off/year + 7 paid holidays

• Paid certifications and training

What we need:

• 2+ years residential electrical experience

• Strong troubleshooter who goes beyond the obvious fix

• Customer-facing, professional, and tech-comfortable (iPad required)

• Clean driving record
