Coryer Staffing is seeking a Finishing Technician for a growing manufacturer to join their production team. The ideal candidate will have an excellent attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work with precision on small, delicate components. Experience in dental lab work, jewelry making, fine assembly, or similar fields is a plus – however training will be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Finish, smooth, and polish product
- Trim, adjust and inspect product to meet quality standards and ensure proper fitting
- Follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, and production specifications
- Use hand tools, rotary instruments, and polishing equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Document completed work and report any defects or material issues to supervisor
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to perform repetitive, precise work for extended periods
- Basic understanding of production or lab environments preferred
- Experience with dental prosthetics, 3D printing, or find craftsmanship (e.g. model making, jewelry work, small-scale assembly)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of team
