Industrial Process Technician
Salary: $25 – $28/ per hour
Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Industrial Process Technician to help optimize manufacturing processes, improve productivity, and ensure product quality. This role works closely with engineers and production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:

Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Collaborate with engineers to implement and test new production systems

Perform workflow analysis, time studies, and process mapping

Maintain standardized work procedures and documentation

Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:

2+ years in an industrial or manufacturing environment

Associate’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience preferred

Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process optimization

Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
