Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process mortgage loan applications for accuracy and completeness
- Collect and verify borrower documentation including income, assets, and credit
- Prepare loan files for submission to underwriting
- Communicate with loan officers, borrowers, and underwriters to obtain required information
- Track loan progress and ensure timely closings
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in mortgage loan processing required
- Strong understanding of the mortgage process and documentation
