Non-Profit Program Coordinator

A well-established nonprofit organization in Clinton County is seeking a Non-Profit Program Coordinator to help connect low-income families with vital resources and services. This is a leadership role where your work directly impacts the lives of your neighbors.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate program services including HEAP, Family Development, Medical Transportation, and Emergency Services
- Supervise and mentor a team of program staff and transportation staff
- Review and process applications for emergency services and energy assistance programs
- Coordinate community initiatives including the annual Back to School Drive
- Partner with local organizations to connect families with support services
- Assist with reporting, grant applications, and program compliance
- Train and onboard new staff and volunteer drivers
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s Degree OR 3+ years of experience in client services delivery
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Valid Driver’s License (travel within service area required)
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple programs and meet deadlines
- Family Development Credential is a plus
