We are looking for an experienced Large Pipe Fitter with specialized knowledge in HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) piping systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with HDPE pipes, fittings, and fusion techniques, strong technical skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine HDPE pipe layouts and configurations.

Measure, cut, and fuse HDPE pipes to required specifications using fusion techniques such as butt fusion, electrofusion, or socket fusion.

Assemble and install HDPE piping systems including fittings, valves, and other components.

Perform pressure testing and other quality control checks on HDPE piping systems to ensure proper installation and functionality.

Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues with HDPE piping systems, making necessary repairs and adjustments.

Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure HDPE pipe installations are completed on time and according to specifications.

Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Proven experience as a Pipe Fitter, Large Pipe Fitter, or similar role with a focus on HDPE piping systems.

Extensive experience working with HDPE pipes, fittings, and fusion techniques.

Strong technical skills and ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Fusion certification or experience preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
