Production Associate
Location: Essex Junction, VT
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
About the Role
Join our client’s 1st shift team as a Production Associate. You’ll operate equipment, ensure quality standards are met, and help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities

Operate production equipment and inspect products for quality

Maintain a clean and safe work area following GMP guidelines

Support teammates across lines and communicate issues to leads

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications

Strong hand–eye coordination and attention to detail

Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented

Previous manufacturing experience a plus, but training provided
