Job Title: Part-Time Customer Service/Sales Representative

Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Part-Time Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with product inquiries, and driving sales by recommending appropriate solutions. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about helping others, have strong communication skills, and possess a customer-first attitude.

Schedule: 3 days a week
$20/hr (+ commissions once trained)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and support.
  • Provide accurate product information and recommendations to meet customer needs.
  • Process transactions and handle customer orders efficiently.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales to enhance the customer experience.
  • Resolve customer issues or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
