Location: Burlington, VT 05401 (On-site)
Schedule: Full-time | Day Shift (Saturdays required, Sundays off)
Pay: $20.00 – $27.00/hour + commission

Coryer Staffing is seeking a Luxury Sales Consultant for a premier retail showroom in Burlington, VT. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering high-end customer experiences, and working in a collaborative, goal-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide personalized, high-touch customer service in a luxury retail setting
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
• Educate customers on products, materials, and craftsmanship
• Meet and contribute to individual and store sales goals
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up with customers
• Support overall showroom operations and team success

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in luxury or high-end retail sales (jewelry experience a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, polished, and customer-focused demeanor
• Motivated and goal-oriented with a team-first mindset
• Ability to work Saturdays and commute reliably to Burlington

Compensation & Benefits:
