- Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Description:
Our client in the Champlain Valley is looking for a Service Adviser to join their team. The role involves maintaining excellent customer service, managing parts and inventory, and processing warranties.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
- Greet customers, provide repair estimates, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers and technicians.
- Gain warranty authorization and call customers for parts approval.

Inventory and Warranty Management:
- Process and receive parts using Epass Software.
- Maintain accurate inventory and handle warranty processing.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with inventory management, preferably with Epass Software.
- Detail-oriented and organized
