Location: Milton, VT
Pay: $22–$23/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM with 1 hour of daily overtime

Coryer Staffing is seeking a full-time Warehouse Support Team Lead for a respected client in Milton, Vermont. This first-shift role offers steady hours, daily overtime, and the opportunity to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with management to ensure daily warehouse tasks are completed on time

• Direct and redirect warehouse support staff throughout the day

• Learn and assist in all areas of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, cleaning, and inventory

• Perform physical tasks and maintain a safe, organized workspace

• Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a warehouse or similar environment

• Comfortable with technology and warehouse systems

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for the full shift

• Physically capable of bending, squatting, and reaching as needed

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
